SESSION PLAN:

c. Perform each dribbling activity in the video. Use a progression scale as follows: Rep 1: Under Control. Rep 2: Under control faster. Rep 3 & 4: Play Faster giving up some control. Rep 5 and 6: Give up some control and go at your top-end speed. Mistakes are OK. Test yourself, and take a good attitude to failure. Find your limit of top-end speed by allowing yourself to make mistakes today.
d. Be sure you are using BOTH SIDES of your body (Right AND Left).
e. To end session dribble around your training area/yard using the moves just learned. This is called "Imagination" play. Do this for 1-2 minutes. Score a few "imaginary goals" and be sure to celebrate! Today add a couple of moments where you toss the ball slightly above your head and control it before dribbling on!
