FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENT AGREEMENT TERMS

 

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & PAYMENT AGREEMENT TERMS.

I have read the WSA Soccer Financial Assistance terms.  I am prepared to register for this program and pay $1 today.

I agree that WSA Soccer will review my application for Financial Assistance and I will commit to pay minimally what I have indicated on my application.  

I give WSA Soccer permission to revise my invoice to the new payment agreement, and to enter those payment amounts into this invoice structure.  

I agree to pay those amounts, in full, on time. 

I understand that all financial terms spoken in this agreement are still applicable. 

These fees are non refundable.

These fees must be paid in full, even if my child withdraws from the program. 

These fees must be paid on time. 

If there is any issue arising with my child's participation in which I believe expectations are being unfulfilled I will endeavor to enter a process via WSA Policy and Procedures to remedy the challenges within 30 days. 

If my payment method proves faulty I acknowledge I must remedy this within 30 days. 

WSA Soccer reserves the right to seek collection methods for the full payment of my invoice. 

I understand my child must fulfill her/his commitment per the WSA Each Other Covenant for the entire seasonal year commencing May 1 and ending the subsequent June 1.

If my child or myself as parent, does not fulfill this commitment, the privilege of financial assistance deferred or reduced payments will be revoked, and payment of the full un-discounted amount of the invoice for the program, will be due immediately.
