100% PAY IN FULL FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Please offer your VIRTUAL SIGNATURE as an agreement that you understand that:
 

1. Fees are non-refundable and the full and total amount of REGISTRATION & MEMBERSHIP FEE IS DUE upon execution of this agreement. Fees for 2022-2023 will incur a 2.5% transaction and processing fee.  *Due to the functionality of GOTSPORT software this fee will be collected on your "total invoice" and applied on your first/initial installment transaction.  There will NOT be future transaction fees applied to future transactions, after your initial payment is completed.  Per Example: If your total invoice is $1,770, then your initial payment will include an additional 2.5% of $1,770 or $44.25.  This payment covers your transaction fees for the entire invoice. 
 

2. If you select a payment plan with monthly installments that 100% of these installments are due in full to fulfill your commitment to the club for the seasonal year, even if you withdraw from the team (for any reason). 
 

3. These installments are offered for your convenience as a payment plan, and are not "monthly training fees" but installments towards your total balance of registration & membership fees for club services offered during the seasonal year (June 1, current year, thru May 31, subsequent year).
 

4. Any release request must be submitted to the WSA Executive Council / Board and reviewed.
 

5. I agree to Pay In Full, even if I should withdraw from the team and will pay in full by the agreed to payment plan chosen, or by or before May 1, of the subsequent year. 

6. I assume responsiblity for my payment method, credit card, debit card or bank draft, and agree to immediately remedy any faulty situation arising from the payment method I input for the payment of this bill. 

7. I understand WSA can and will employ collection efforts for any payments in arrears.  

8. Should any challenge arise in which I believe services are not being met by WSA I will invoke the club's process for review and engage in efforts to remedy in collaboration with the club officers and staff by the processes available to me through WSA Policy & Procedures.
