AGE GROUP SESSION:  A training session combining all players of the same age division, from within the club's player pool, led by the age group's coaching staff.  

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Every player within WSA in the age group and every coaching staff member.  Locations will vary. At the moment there is not a plan to interface WSA-OKC and WSA-Tulsa.  However, the sessions hosted at WSA-TULSA are expecting attendance from WSA Central, WSA South, WSA North, and WSA East. 

AGE GROUP SESSION PURPOSE:  

• Build community.  
• Develop camaraderie and relationship. 
• Facilitate "sense of belonging" to something "bigger than one's self". 
• Implement club-wide game model.  
• Evaluate player pool within club's annualized evaluative context for player placement.  
• Expose players to various coaches in the age group.
• Enhance player sharing opportunities. 
• Leverage numbers (i.e. college search process, Side FC 92 placements, team formation planning) 
• Coach communication and engagement within the age group. 
• Determine plans for each age group tournament play, player sharing, future sessions, team needs. 
• Identify areas the club can better serve each family within each team via age group staff meetings with club's Executive Leadership. 
• Fun.
