Instructions.  Please run through this checklist of items that will help our administrators, payroll department, and directors better serve you this year.  If you are not comfortable with any of the agreements or information inside of this checklist a club administrator or director will be happy to meet with you in person.

RSVP TRAINING FIELDS - Click Here to Request a BOOK A FIELD ACCOUNT (used for Tulsa Training Fields)
Wes will set up your BOOK-A-FIELD ACCOUNT.  You will be able to book fields via the club FIELD RSVP software located on the WSA Homepage under "TRAINING SCHEDULE INFO".   Please book 1.5 hour slots as directed.  Facilities in Tulsa:

• West Bank Sports Complex - training 
• Wright Park - training 
• Case Community RiverCity parks - games & scrimmages (by appointment only - see below)
• All-Star Sports - training 
• Summit - training (limited slots) 
• Salvation Army - training

AGREEMENTS & BACKGROUND

COACHING AGREEMENT
WSA offers coach agreements for the protection of players and coaches.  The premise of the agreement will be an understanding of the expectation of WSA's Core Value and Mission Statement adherance, as well as the expectation of the organization's agreement to pay the coach.  Coach pay amounts will be communicated by the club's various Coaching Directors who will set those pay amounts within their respective cost center.  If you'd like to request a written agreement let your Director of Coaching know.

BACKGROUND CHECK
The Background and screening process is being developed by US Club Soccer.  It will be updated here.  All coaches must complete this process which includes a background check, concussion education, and player's first education.  Questions: Contact Rachel.Bush@wsasoccer.org.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT CLUB COLLECTIONS - TEAM BUDGET 
The club's payment agreement will be met with the understanding that the head coach provides oversight of team's finances, which could include budgets, collections, and fundraising.  Head coach intervention is requested when a team becomes in arrears for 3 months or longer.  Payment is NOT contingent on your team's collections. Payment is contingent on your obligation to collaborate and cooperate with club leaders and administrators to meet your team's collection expectation.  TEAM BUDGET WORKBOOK - Due to Your Director of Coaching By Aug 1.

PAYROLL (required prior to payroll)

UPLOAD THE W9 FORM TO YOUR COACH PROFILE: 
You will complete the W9 form for year-end tax purposes.  A W9 will contain your social security number, mailing address, and will be used to send your year-end 1099.  Download via the link above and then attach to your coach profile (next step below).  

DIRECT DEPOSIT FOR PAYMENT:
Please follow this link to set up your direct deposit for Payroll.  You can only set up Direct Deposit after the club administrators have set you up as an employee in the PAYCOR system (you must complete the Coach Profile below to allow a club HR Officer to set up your PAYCOR profile).   You can contact the club's HR team: Rachel.Bush@wsasoccer.org, Catherine.Grona@wsasoccer.org, or Roger.Bush@wsasoccer.org.  NOTE: If you do not set up a profile in PAYCOR you will not receive pay (this is due to tax restrictions).  If you do not set up the Direct Deposit option in PayCor your paycheck may be as late as 2 weeks due to the snail mail processing time.

COACH PROFILE (required prior to payroll)
Please complete the following coach profile.  You will upload your W9 to this profile.  
If you have a coaching pic we can use for media purposes please attach to this profile.
