WSA Soccer leadership participates in occasional "summit" meetings, bringing together over 50 club leaders at approximately 12-24 month intervals.  At The Summit one of the foremost jobs of WSA Leadership is to update, innovate, and evolve the club's VISION STATEMENT.

At the 2023 Summit Facility Improvements at WSA's approximate 300 acres of soccer fields, were given a strong share of attention.

An Action Plan Was Generated: 

• Creating a professionally standarded space for training
  • Defining minimum standards as 1/2 of a field, with reliable single goal access
  • 1/mesocyle access to full field w/ 2 goals, and lined fields 
• Upgrading Game Hosting at Case Community Parks
  • Secure funding for F9 Replacement ✔️
  • Execute F9 Replacement (planned) 
  • Add Restrooms to Lower Fields (planned, unfunded at moment)
  • TopDress & Aerifiy Heavily Used Surfaces ✔️
• Abide by Priorities of: Safe, Functional, Aesthetic, and Enhanced ✔️
• Build Out the Field of Dreams Master Plan at West Bank Sports Complex before 2026 World Cup 
• Develop, Acquire or Find a space to serve as "HOME" to WSA-OKC ✔️
• Add Lights to WSA-North Facilities 
• Add Lights & Irrigation to WSA-East Facilities & Upgrade w/ a long term lease ✔️
• Outline an upgrade plan with a long term lease agreement at WSA-South
