SUPER Y TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

1. Teams Register and commit by July 12th.   TEAM REGISTER HERE.
Cost is $1,500 (see below).  Required $100 deposit at time of registration.  The team covers all player registration fees. 

2. Returning Players who played last year do not need the following 2 items:  Birth Certificate & Player Photo.   See documents below that will be required when you register your team. 

3.  Player Documents REQUIRED FOR NEW PLAYERS: Team leaders must collect from each new SYL player:

• PLAYER PROOF OF BIRTH (Drivers License or Birth Cert) 
• PLAYER PHOTO/HEADSHOT 

4. Player Documents REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS: Team leaders must collect from EVERY player. 

• Super Y League Waiver, COVID Liability Form:  All players must complete the 2022-2023 Waiver:   SUPER Y LEAGUE WAIVER. 

• Coppa Consent Form (2007 & 2008 players only):  All 13U and 14U players must complete the COPPA CONSENT FORM.

• Team leaders will collect all documents from players and upload via the team registration link.  Team leaders will provide contact info for each "new player" (who did not play Super Y last year).

7. Team Registration Fee: The price per team of $1,500 covers:  Player Registration, Player Insurance, League Entry Fee, USL Membership Fee, Facility Fees, National Finals Entry Fee (for qualifiers), Club Admin & Game Ops/Hosting.   This fee will not cover your coach or player travel or referee fees.  This fee will not cover team travel or coach travel to Super Y National Finals.  There are 4 payment plans available allowing your team to pay the balance through the end of August in installments. Transaction fee of 3% will be shared: 2% paid by team, 1% paid by club. REGISTER TEAM NOW.

8. Teams will be responsible for their travel expenses & 50% of the referee fees per game, following the referee pay schedule below:

• August 6-7 @ RiverCity Parks VS North Texas
  
• August 13-14 in Dallas (Railroad Park in Lewisville, TX)  VS South Texas & Dallas 
• August 20-21 or 27-28 @ RiverCity Parks VS WSA/Local Clubs
  ** This weekend is tentative and only "if needed".
  This weekend would include "WSA vs WSA" games or local competition at WSA Fields. 

SUPER Y NATIONAL FINALS 2022:
For qualifying teams.
