USL Y INFO

1. Teams Commit by June 10.  Register by July 1st. 
Cost is $1,500 (approx).  Required 50% deposit at time of registration.  The team covers all player registration fees. 

2.  Player Documents REQUIRED FOR NEW PLAYERS: Team leaders must collect from each new SYL player:

• PLAYER PROOF OF BIRTH (Drivers License or Birth Cert) 
• PLAYER PHOTO/HEADSHOT 

3. Team Registration Fee: The price per team of $1,500 covers:  Player Registration, Player Insurance, League Entry Fee, USL Membership Fee, Facility Fees, National Finals Entry Fee (for qualifiers), Club Admin & Game Ops/Hosting.   This fee will not cover your coach or player travel or referee fees.  This fee will not cover team travel or coach travel to Super Y National Finals.  There are 4 payment plans available allowing your team to pay the balance through the end of August in installments. Transaction fee of 3% will be shared: 2% paid by team, 1% paid by club. 

4. Teams will be responsible for their travel expenses & 50% of the referee fees per game, following the referee pay schedule below:
