- Alphabetical by Last Name
- List Last Name first followed by comma ","
- List First Name second followed by comma ","
- List Player Birthdate next followed by comma ","

REGISTRATION PROCESS ONGOING
As a reminder players who have not registered "yet" will owe the June 1st payment installment as part of their "initial fee". This revenue pays our coaching staff for July. (This is applicable to WSA Central and WSA North teams only).
Players registering after July 1 will owe the June 1 and July 1 back-payments (WSA Central and WSA North).
Please encourage players and families to register now to help our registrars and administrators generate team rosters in timely fashions for your team's business in the upcoming year.
Players registering after June 15 are at risk of not being rostered until after August 1.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROCESS
The financial assistance application deadline has passed for players to register via the club's regular registration portal (if players do register via that portal they could be back-charged for payments that will begin on June 1).
All subsequent financial assistance applications beginning now (5/21/2021 onward) will require the applicant to apply for financial assistance PRIOR TO receiving a link to register.
The application for Financial Assistance is still located under PARENTS then FEES then FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE from the WSA Website Homepage.
The new registration link the F/A Applicant receives will facilitate a process that will not require the family to be debited funds while waiting for approval or be back-charged for cumulative amounts.
ROSTER MANAGEMENT TIMELINE
All players registered by June 1 will be rostered in the initial rostering process which will begin proximate to June 15.
Any player not registered by June 10 may not be considered in the initial rostering process.
Once the initial rostering process begins (June 15) no "additions" will be considered until the initial rostering process is completed. Following August 1, then all "additions" that were added after June 15 will be rostered in a process beginning on August 1.
Players registering after June 15 will be automatically moved to the second phase of rostering. They will also incur the back-payment of June 1 or subsequent back payments for July or August if those have accumulated.
WSA will enact pro-ration fees after September 15, 2022 as players join teams later in the year.
HOW DO I KNOW PLAYERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED
If your team for 2022-23 existed in GOTSPORT during the 2021-22 seasonal year these players should show up in tha team account (if you have transitioned coaches or managers please contact Rachel.Bush@wsasoccer.org to get connected to your team in GOTSPORT)..
After you submit your team roster (see above) then club registrars will begin the rostering process and communicate with you about missing data (i.e. players you list on your roster submission that do not show up in the registry). This will be proximate to June 15-30.
WSA will begin periodically sending out spreadsheets with the current registered players. This will be raw data that requires a good amount of sorting on your part.
Emergent situations, in which you need to confirm the registration and commitment of a player can be inquired through club administrators.
