MODULE 1: Transitional Phase - Regeneration & Foundational: Transition from the end of season to beginning of new season with introduction to speed, coordination, balance, explosion, running mechanics, flexibility, recovery, and regeneration. Session directed by certified ATR trainer with team targets set by team coaching staff
