Favorite Saying
In order to succeed as a team, we have to be willing to sacrifice our own wants and needs for the needs of the team.
Coaching/Teaching Philosophy
Kids need to learn to play the game the right way, even if that means sacrificing the short term. Sometimes sacrifices made early on in a soccer players career will pay dividends beyond belief in the long term. I want every kid to have a goal, no matter how big or small, and my job as a coach is to help them reach that goal. Soccer is my passion. I love coaching soccer because it gave me so much as a youth and taught me so much about myself, and I want to do the same for others.

Great moments... are born from great opportunity. And that’s what you have here, tonight, boys. That’s what you’ve earned here tonight. One game. If we played ’em ten times, they might win nine. But not this game. Not tonight. Tonight, we skate with them. Tonight, we stay with them. And we shut them down because we can! Tonight, WE are the greatest hockey team in the world. You were born to be hockey players. Every one of you. And you were meant to be here tonight. This is your time. Their time is done. It’s over. I’m sick and tired of hearing about what a great hockey team the Soviets have. Screw ’em. This is your time. Now go out there and take it.

Winners Creed:
If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don’t. If you’d like to win but think you can’t, it’s almost a cinch you won’t. If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost. For out in the world we find success begins with a person’s will. It’s all in the state of mind. Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger or faster hand. But sooner or later the person who wins is the person who thinks "I can".
