TEAM MANAGER USING PLAYER POOL TO MANAGE TEAM
Objective: Find out who is registered, committed, and placed uniform order
1. Log in to TGS "Team" Account
2. Click on Team Name
3. Under My Teams Click on PLAYER POOL
4. Click on the Player's Name
5. Click on VIEW FULL PROFILE
6. Go to PROGRAMS under Player's Profile
7. View under ACTIVE PROGRAMS:
- Season Membership
- In Progress = Player has Registered & Committed & Payment Plan in Progress
- Not Started = Player on Scholarship or Discount, is Registered & Committed, payment plan has not withdrawn a payment yet
- Player Placement - Signed Up = Player Pre-Registered (no payment)
- Uniforms - In Progress = Player Successfully ordered a Uniform
8. IF PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE A PROGRAM LISTED UNDER ACTIVE PROGRAMS:
- The player has not completed that step - contact player asap.
- If player has not completed the program for Season Membership he/she will not be rostered.
- If player completes any program after deadlines, there are consequences (i.e. receive uniform late, added to roster late, etc).
- It is also possible, if during player placement, that a player is not pre-registered on time, or registered on time, that the player's position on team is compromised, since WSA coaches will use this information to determine final commitments.
9. IF PLAYER NAME DOES NOT APPEAR IN PLAYER POOL:
- Player was assigned to the wrong team - contact a club admin (either registrar, age coordinator, or director asap)
- Player has not registered - contact the player asap to invite player to register
