PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION 2023-2024

• Players will pre-register anytime during April (or May).  Pre-Register TGS Resource.
   
• Administrators will assign players to their preferred team during April.
   
• Players will size for uniforms using last year's kits, within their team.  When ordering a uniform the players will submit their size.  There will be some adjustments allowed after uniforms arrive, but players should select their sizes carefully.
   
• Coaches will review players who have pre-registered and are assigned to their team during April. Teams new to TGS.  Teams with existing TGS accounts.
   
• Coaches will meet with players 1-on-1 by April 15 in a feedback meeting setting. Newly onboarded coaches will meet prior to May 1. 
   
• Coaches will approve players to be invited to their team via communication with a club administrator (see administrators below).  Timeline for this will vary pending team building process.  Process TBA.
   
• Players will order uniforms by the deadline of June 1, 2023 (New).  There are 4 payment options: Pay in Full ($10 less), Pay in 2 payments, Pay in 3 payments, Pay in 4 payments.  The first payment installment will be due when ordering the uniform.

• Beginning on May 1, players will receive an email inviting them to register for their team. (Beginning on May 15th for Girls ECNL).  * This process has changed as of May 3.  The club is still trying to send out invite links once a coach completes the INVITE TO MY TEAM FORM.  However, to expedite, now players can receive a team code from their coach or manager.  Players can register via the link below using their team code, without needing to wait for the email invite.

• Coaches will have access to their team player pool to review registrants live, in "real time". 
   
• Coaches will assume responsibility for roster building, and all communication with EVERY player who attends or expresses interest in the team.
