RETRIEVING A TEAMS REGISTRATION CODE 
Objective: Send team their UNIQUE 13-DIGIT TEAM REGISTRATION CODE
Team Registration Code Format Will Be:   XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZZ 

1. Log in to your CLUB ACCOUNT
2. Go to PROGRAMS
3. Under Programs click CLUB BILLING 
4. Under Active Billing Programs, Click/Select Your Program Name (i.e. "2023-2024 Membership Fees") 
5. Click on GROUPS/FEES under new menu for the Seasonal Year you chose
6. Click on the GROUP or FEE where the team is located (i.e. "OPC U11-U19", or "Youth Academy")
7. Click Next 3X: Click Next to move past Basic Fee Info, Next again to move past Billing Info, Next again to move past Payment Structure/Plans. 
8. Arrive at ASSIGNMENT (Hint: you may be able to CLICK ON ASSIGNMENT and avoid clicking NEXT 3X)
9. Under ASSIGNMENT Click on YES to the question: "Do You Want to Assign these Fees to the Team?".
10. WAIT - takes 3-5 seconds sometimes to load all WSA teams. 
11. Find your team. 
12. Click on COPY/PASTE ICON to the right of the team name.  
13. Your computer is storing the code.  Now use CTRL V or your shortcut to PASTE the code in appropriate document.
14. Hint: When sharing the CODE with the team be sure to express that the Team Registration Code is UNIQUE to THE TEAM.
