MAJOR RULES

GAME LENGTHS
4v4: 4x10 Minute Periods, 1 minute break between period 1-2 and 3-4, 5 minute break at halftime 
7v7; 2x25 Minute Halves, 5 minute halftime 
Tie Matches/OverTime: 2x5 minute Periods w/ 1 minute halftime 
If Tied After OverTime then 5 Round Penalty Kick ShootOut 

SUBSTITUTIONS
Unlimited, and permitted at the referee's discretion, upon request, at the following times:

• Prior to throw-in by attacking team 
• Prior to throw-in by defending team IF the attacking team is substituting 
• Prior to a goalkick by either team
• Following a goal be either team
• After an injury by either team, if the injured player is substituted 
• After a caution is issued 
• At halftime

NOTE ON SUBSTITUTIONS: In 4v4 formats substitutions can be granted by request prior to free kicks and corner kicks at the referee's discretion, if the referee believes the substitution is being utilized to advocate for participation, and is not tactical in nature (i.e. time wasting or inserting a player to execute the corner or free kick). The coach should have no expectation that these substitutions will be permitted, since they are at the referee's sole discretion.

SCORING:
Win = 3 points
Draw = 1 point
Loss = 0 points 

TIEBREAKERS:

• Head-to-Head Competition 
• Goal Difference (Maximum +5 per game)  
• Goals Scored (Maximum +5 per game)
• Goals Allowed (Maximum -5 per game) 
• Ejections (least ejections) 
• Penalty Kicks from the Mark
