If the event is canceled PRIOR TO commencing, due to a weather-related event, or any Act of God event, which prevents the event from proceeding safely and/or delivering a reasonably expected player experience, then WSA Soccer has agreed to refund minimally 50% of each team's registration fee, after calculating a portion of pro-rated up-front expenses required to prepare to host the tournament event. 

This refund will be transacted within 30 days of what would have been the conclusion of the event. 

The event will not be able to refund 100% of the teams' registration fees due to "up-front" expenses required to host the event.  

If the event is canceled prior to completion, and before team's play their 3rd game, then the event will consider a pro-rated refund to account for teams missing their 3rd game.  The event will determine if there is a process to determine Champions and Finalists, and will communicate, then publish this process.  Teams determined to be Champions and Finalist will be recognized accordingly and receive awards. 

It is expected that the even committee and staff work to find every possible solution to safely play games.  This could mean altering or revising schedules, finding new sites, modifying playing rules, etc...  Teams enter the event under the pretense that should weather or other Act of God circumstances intervene that they will be flexible as the Tournament Staff finds solutions to "play games".
