Champions and Runners-Up were determined by Points Per Game (PPG). PPG are calculated as TOTAL POINTS (3 points = win, 1 point = draw, 0 points = loss) divided by NUMBER OF GAMES.

A new schedule and locations have been posted for Sunday afternoon and evening. Next round of games begins as early as 130 PM. Please check the schedule. If you have a coach conflict, at this point we cannot resolve that - please have an assistant stand-in. After evaluating grass surfaces we believe the best player experience at this point will be to continue to utilize available turf.
Medals for champions and finalist will be shipped. We do not have the manpower and bandwidth to spread across 6 different faciltiies and deliver medals with all of the unknowns related to a table champion. Thank you for your ongoing patience, understanding, and leadership.

MODIFICATIONS TO HELP COMPLETE THE TOURNEY:
Games have been moved to new locations for the morning rounds. This is to ensure we do not risk cancelation for early morning grass fields still melting or under water from melting.
The afternoon games will be played at the original facility, Case Community Parks, assuming melting and field conditions are safe. We expect that to be the case. We will be evaluating Case Community Parks throughout the day. We have cleared parking lots and are prepared to host, we just will need melting, absorption and evaporation to follow predicted weather forecasting.
All Champions and Runners-Up will be determined by "points per game". There will not be a FINALS or SEMIFINALS.
The game lengths will remain the same from Saturday:
4v4 , 7v7, 9v9 - 2x20 minutes - 1 min halftime
11v11 - 2x22 minutes - 1 min halftime

Please note that the matches will now be played at 3 different locations on Saturday to provide turf surfaces (which better ensures surfaces are cleared by melting, since synthetic surfaces melt faster than natural surfaces). NO FIELD MAP NEEDED FOR TITAN - go to TURF FIELD just east of the large building. Will be easy to find.
PARKING - due to facility changes, and our effort with manpower, we will not be able to monitor parking passes at various facilities. FUTURES CUP PARKING PASS LINK
SUNDAY PARKING IF AT CASE COMMUNITY PARKS: All of the overflow parking we expect to be MUDDY. These spaces are marked on the map. More info to follow - Sunday locations TBD.
CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS: We are monitoring snow melt, which in turn impacts field space, which in turn impacts game slots, which in turn impacts our ability to host FINALS. If we cannot host FINALS then Champions and Finalists "MAY" be determined by overall points.
Reminder if your team has not checked in online the team's results will NOT be counted in the standings.
If there is any way possible (based on melting rates) to expand game lengths we will. At the moment, as a reminder, due to forecasted loss of field space, due to moving to TURF for most games, the following game lengths apply:

TEAM LEADERS:
We have changed location for the FUTURES CUP TOURNAMENT for SATURDAY ONLY - FEB 22ND. We will keep you informed of any changes for Sunday during the day on Saturday.
Saturday games will be played at either SCHEEL'S SPORTS COMPLEX (all 7v7 and 9v9 games and some 11v11 games), SOCCERCITY INDOORS (all 4v4) or TITAN MAIN (some of the 11v11 games).
This facility revision effort will produce TURF FIELD SURFACES for 90% of the Saturday games, which have a faster "melting rate" than grass surfaces, and help ensures that games will not be further postponed on Saturday.
We were also able to maintain about 85% of the scheduled game times for Saturday during this revision. Please check your schedule for your new field, and to confirm your game time (several team's game times will have changed). SCHEDULE
To accommodate the truncated schedule we have revised the game lengths as follows for Saturday:
4v4, 7v7, 9v9 - 2x20 min halves, 1 min halftime
11v11 - 2x22 min halves, 1 min halftime
In addition, most of the fields will not have "painted lines" on Saturday. This is a combination of an effort to use turf, as well as challenges with snow covered surfaces and sub-zero temperatures that have frozen paint, broken pipes, etc.... We will be working on Saturday to paint grass fields as temperatures climb to the 50's and snow-covers melt.

TEAM LEADERS,
We have reviewed weather forecasts hourly regarding temperatures, and stayed attentive to changes at our facilities to do our best at forecasting snow melting rates. We have also contacted local synthetic turf facilities.
We are currently working on a schedule revision for the Futures Cup which will begin games at approximately 1-3 PM on Saturday.
We will post this newly revised schedule tonight.
There is strong evidence to suggest fields will be playable at some point Saturday afternoon.
Should our forecasts be misguided, we will be prepared to send an update by 12 PM on Saturday regarding revisions. And we will still communicate again on Friday night to confirm even a "status quo" situation. If needed we are also prepared to revise the Saturday schedule that will soon be posted to still generate a schedule of a minimum of 3 games for each team.
Assuming the weather forecast of clear & sunny remains true, and temperatures climb above freezing between Friday and Saturday as forecasted, we will host the tournament, even if modified.
The weather forecast for this weekend is good. Our only concern at the moment is field surfaces and safety.
We have had to take some measures for field prep this week due to sub-zero temperatures in Tulsa. Many of the field lines may be "faint" due to inability to paint on snow-covered fields, and/or frozen paint, and/or time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lastly, as we attempt to modify the schedule into a truncated period of time, we will be considering the following:
1) Reducing each half and halftime
2) Using TOTAL POINTS instead of FINALS & SEMIFINALS to determine champions.
As of Thursday, Feb 20, 8:00 PM, we are committed to hosting the event, and playing games on Saturday afternoon.

Weather Plan - we expect a large amount of snow to arrive in Tulsa on Tuesday. We will experience cold temperatures, and will monitor melting from Tuesday thru Friday. We are currently being proactive by generating a schedule that will begin no earlier than 11 AM on Saturday (first games). We are exploring turf field options. We expect to play the tournament, in full Saturday and Sunday. Please be prepared for possible modifications in the schedule.
We anticipate all roadways will be safe to travel by Thursday so our only concern will be "snow melt rate" and field conditions.
We are looking forward to hosting our teams' families this weekend at the Futures Cup!
