TIMELINE - PLAN OF ACTION

October:  DOC & Coaching Staff meet, form coaching pods for review.  

October: Club presents plan of action to parents via coaching staff and club communication resources. 

November: Coaching pods present hypothetical rosters to DOC's.  

November/December/January: Academy Style training sessions present "transitional" element to potential "new team" formations.  Open forums hosted for parents and players to attend for presentation, questions, and feedback.  

December: DOC's generate a Coach-Team Alignment picture. 

January: Coaching Staff review coach-team alignment. 

February: Directors receive feedback from coaching staff, rendering modifications to caoch-team alignment where warranted. 

March: Present WSA Club Coaching Staff to WSA members. 

April: Present WSA Club Coaching Staff to public. 

May: State Cups, Spring Season wrap ups, Pre Team Formation Practices 

June:  Team Formation Day - Player Signing Day (state sanctioned and date TBD).
