Workout Sat or Sun: Dynamic Warm-Up/Prep (10 minutes)
Change of Direction Exercises: Fitness II Video Do first two chapters: Angled Change of Direction & 5-5-10 Doggies. Do 4 sets of angled change of direction runs (each set should include 4 angled right and 4 angled left runs). Rest 1 minute between each set. Each set of 5-5-10 is 4 reps. Rest long enough between reps to recover breath. Do a total of 4 sets.
