Living Room Warm-Up By Coach Luis

c. Perform each activity / skill for 25 seconds, rest 25 seconds and repeat X4.
d. After "mastering" the skills, then repeat the entire circuit (like on Monday) going from Skill #1, to Skill #2, to Skill #3, and so on.  This is called interleaving.  It leads to lower success of mastery, but will improve the transference to competition and actual game applicability.

d. To close the session, choose to either repeat the circuit faster or try to complete the first 3 skills in our ADVANCED SKILLS VIDEO (see the second video below).  For this age we recommend not progressing past the first 3 skills.  Use a "learning time" to simply grow at "own rate" into the skill.  These skils are advanced and require a lot of weight shifting, balance, rhythm and dynamic muscle memory.
e. Report to your coach.  Post on FB using #TSW (The Side Works).  Sign in at end of video.

BELOW IS THURSDAY'S OPTIONAL ADVANCED SKILLS.  Can't get to it Thursday. Maybe come back to it later this weekend.  We'd love you to try to get through the first 3.  PLEASE DO NOT PROGRESS PAST THE FIRST 3 UNLESS YOU BELIEVE THERE'S A LEVEL OF MASTERY.  Remember, learn at your own rate.  HINT:  If possible take a device outside (or inside) and watch the video as you try the skill.
