SEASON: July '21 thru December '21
INDIVIDUALS: Individual can upgrade their training sessions outside the scope of the club/team training module to Zone 4 training (professional periodization).
TEAM & CLUB: WSA Club will cover part of the cost for the team's Sports Performance Training (see below) and the WSA team will cover the other portion of cost. There are payment plans available for teams. Teams will collect from individual families and use their team debit card to pay for the programming.

MODULE 1: PREASEASON TRAINING: Transition from the end of season to beginning of new season with introduction to speed, coordination, balance, explosion, running mechanics, flexibility, recovery, and regeneration. Session directed by certified ATR trainer with team targets set by team coaching staff

MODULE 2: Work Phase - Speed, Injury Prevention, Functional Strength: Create a sports performance base for running, agility, coordination, balance, proper cut-stop mechanics for injury mitigation, improve power and explosiveness.

WEEK 4: 2 sessions/week, August 9th
WEEK 5: 2 sessions/week, August 16th

MODULE 3: In-Season Performance I - Season Incorporation: Training is incorporated into the team's periodization schedule, including games and training sessions. The focus is development of previous outcomes, as well as regeneration, recovery, and development of proper movement mechanics, functional to competition.
